Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw your contractual statement within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or, if the goods are delivered before the deadline, by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this information, but not before goods have arrived at consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first installment), and also not before we have fulfilled our information obligations pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Paragraphs 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations in accordance with § 312e Section 1 Clause 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Sending withdrawal or sending the goods off for return on time suffices. The withdrawal must be sent to:

Consequences of withdrawal

In case of an effective withdrawal, the goods and economic consideration respectively received shall be returned, including benefits derived from such performance, e.g. interest. If you cannot return the goods received to Vivid Ventures in whole or in part, or if you can only return the received goods in a deteriorated state, you may be required to compensate us accordingly. This does not apply to delivered goods if a deterioration of the goods is due solely to their inspection – as for example would have been possible in a retail shop. For the rest, you can avoid being required to pay compensation for deterioration occurring in the course of proper usage of the goods by not using the goods as if they were your property and by refraining from doing anything that could curtail their value. Goods able to be shipped in parcel form are to be returned at our risk. You will bear the costs of returning the goods, if the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned not exceeds 40, - €, or, in case of a higher price at the time of withdrawal, consumer has not rendered its consideration or has not paid a contractually agreed partial payment of the withdrawal. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. Goods not suitable to be shipped as a parcel will be picked up at your address. Obligations to return payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. This period begins for you upon your sending notice of withdrawal or sending off the goods for return, and for us upon the receipt thereof.
